2 x Graudate & 1st Line Helpdesk - Wimbledon (£18 to £30k) - MCSE, MCP
Graduate and 1st Line IT Operations Support Analyst required urgently for a global FTSE 250 company based in Wimbledon, SW London.
The successful candidate will have no more than 1st line experience supporting Server 2000/2003. You must have excellent customer support experience and be able to think outside the box when dealing with customer support issues i.e. be able to find a solution or find a work around.
You will do a wide variety of support work over a wide range of technologies e.g. Citrix, Avaya phone systems, Oracle databases, Windows operating system etc. This will involve providing first line support for a number of industry standard products and services, such as; Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook to investigate, diagnose, progress and action all operational events, alerts and incidents to the agreed target, ensuring that issues are escalated where appropriate, communicated and recorded.
You need to have high-level 1st line helpdesk support & good people skills for when you are doing your service desk duties.
The shifts will be based upon an 8-shift AM/PM system running over 9 weeks.
You mush have come from a permanent background with very no more than gradudate level or 1st line level experience.
