Clinical Laboratory Manager- CRO- London- Permanent
Real Pharma have an immediate requirement for a Clinical Laboratory Manager to set up a clinical laboratory in support of clinical trials for a leading CRO based in London. The organisation are the European leaders in their field, and this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an increasingly expanding organisation.
The post holder will be responsible for the equipment installation, validation and qualification. The post holder will also be responsible for writing SOPs for the clinical laboratory.
The key roles and responsibilities of the position include:
-To act as analytical project manager for clinical studies
-Manage and perform clinical safety analyses according to the clinical protocol or analytical plan.
-Ensure that the analyses for panel screening, during the clinical trial or safety follow-up are performed to regulatory standards and agreed timeframes
-Ensure that the analytical results are reported back via pre-defined channels to reach the internal or external sponsors.
-Responsible for the data management within Clinical Laboratory.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills set:
-Life sciences degree
-Experience in interpreting clinical laboratory results and good knowledge of regulatory and industry guidelines
-Project management experience
-Demonstration os successful study direction of significant numbers of studies
