Quality Engineer - Medical Devices/Plastics - Herts - £35-45k

A leading name in the field of manufacturing and developing of cutting edge technology for the medical device industry is currently looking to recruit for a Quality Engineer to join its head office based in Hertfordshire.

The position will be reporting to the Head of Quality and will require the candidate to be skilled in the following areas;

- ISO 13485
- FDA 21 CFR part 820
- Plastics – moulding and packaging.
- NCR/CAPA
- Strong academic background in engineering/scientific or technical background.

Your major duties in the role will revolve around:

- QE
- NPI
- Vendor supporting
- Validation support
- Process improvement
