SENIOR CREDIT RISK ANALYST - GLOBAL BANK (GLOUCESTER/BRISTOL)
Massively exciting opportunity at a global banking corporation has just become available! This Senior Analyst role is based in Gloucester, with the opportunity to spend some of your working week in Bristol. This role offers the successful candidate an unrivalled opportunity to progress within one of the UK’s leading Retail Banking Analytics teams. This is a permanent role that pays up to £38,000 (depending on professional experience) plus a comprehensive bonus and flexible benefits package.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Lead analysts and provide input into the scoping, design, development, validation and implementation of risk models. Provide technical leadership and coaching to junior team members. Preparation of business cases and resource plans for individual model developments. Management of junior analysts.
The successful candidate’s profile will include:
- Experience in Credit Risk Analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Experience with Scorecard Modelling (Basel II is desirable)
- A good degree in a numerical subject.
- A solid academic history prior to university.
- Good SAS experience.
