Our client is a market leading Voice and Electronic Brokerage, specialising in matching buyers and sellers in the wholesale markets in interest rates, credit, commodities, foreign exchange, emerging markets, equities and equity derivatives. They are currently recruiting for a Service Management Analyst to join the Voice Application Service Delivery department. The service management analyst is responsible for co-ordinating releases, changes and incidents of the IT lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate releases from various test and production environments
Train key project teams on change and release management processes
Asses the risk associated with each change in the production environment
Produce reports and metrics related to releaseand change / release and incident management for senior management
Ensure change management process is adhered to
Manage major releases from test into production
Administer and implement Service Now tools

Skills Required:
Good working knowledge of project management
Extensive knowledge of Business application and technical infrastructure change and release management
Good knowledge of ITIL framework for change, release and incident management
ITIL Qualification- Foundation or Practitioner
High level technical knowledge of key IT areas
Financial sector experience and related business knowledge
