As a growing business in Japan, we are extremely thrilled to be awarded Healthcare & Life Sciences Recruitment Company of the Year as well as IT & Technology Recruitment Company of the Year. This is a special and much coveted accolade in the industry – one of world’s most sought after recruitment industry awards.
Recruitment International (RI) Awards recognise innovation and best practices in the Japanese recruitment industry. With a range of judges comprising of entrepreneurs, business leaders and pioneers from the industry, it is a true testament for the work that our Japan team has achieved to be doubly rewarded last Friday at the Tokyo American Club for a night of celebration.
Grant Habgood, Managing Director of SThree Japan, said, “It’s such a humbling experience to receive these awards on behalf of SThree. It’s also almost unbelievable to see how far we have come in the 5 years since we established this business. A few years ago we were lucky enough to win the Best New Comer Award at this event. We set ourselves the goal of coming back and winning some of the main awards in a few years’ time. It’s so pleasing to have achieved that.”
“Winning the accolades is a testament to the great people that we have hired and retained in the business over the years. It’s also a reflection of the tireless work we have put in to get the structures and frameworks in place that ensure we are able to constantly improve by analysing our performance, collating customer feedback and putting that into actionable improvements.”
Inspired by our Healthcare & Life Sciences Team – Real Life Sciences
Our team at Real is constantly demonstrating the respect and recognition we have for the work of our clients, candidates and the wider industry. By having a real understanding of our clients’ objectives and our candidates’ motivations, we are able to place the right people in the right roles and contribute to the continued growth and development of the industry. Real is inspired by an industry that touches everyone’s lives at some point.
For candidates, this means not only securing them a new job and helping their career development; but taking a genuine interest in their successes. Likewise with our clients, we are able to deliver within a tight turn-around time because we understand our clients’ needs and requirements. In addition, we participate in local and international conferences which focus on niche sectors within the industry connecting like-minded individuals.
To further contribute to the community, we’ve partnered with local job boards such as Nikkei Medical Pro Career to produce written and video content that are useful for candidates to use in their job search or simply learn from.
Haruko Yamajo, Manager at Real Life Sciences Japan mentioned “It was a great honour that Real Life Sciences won “The Healthcare & Life Sciences Recruitment Company of the Year” at the RI Awards last week. As a business we strive to be a trusted partner for our clients and candidates. The team is privileged to be able to work with so many talented people within the industry - you are our inspiration. We still have some improvements to make in our business which we will continue to work hard at, and we look forward to our clients’ and candidates’ continued support.”
Huge congratulations to everyone in the team
This has been a phenomenal achievement for an organisation that has only been going for five years. But this is just the beginning of many greater partnerships in the coming months with both candidates and clients alike. A very big well done to everyone in the team and a huge congratulations to all award winners and nominees.
