Having started as an Associate Recruitment Consultant with SThree over 7 years ago Anthony has been a pivotal member in building up the Real Life Sciences business. Over the years he has successfully recruited in both Pharma and Medical Device sectors and is currently managing the Medical Device and Life Science team. Using his communication skills and industry knowledge Anthony is dedicated to building a highly capable team focused on providing top service to both candidates and clients.
Prior to joining Real Staffing almost 5 years ago, Risa has worked as a clinical research coordinator (CRC) which sparked her passion for healthcare. This made her move into recruitment so that she could continue to support those who contribute to this industry. Risa currently specializes within Sales, Engineering and Application Specialist positions for the Medical Devices industry. She is known to support her candidates in preparing for interviews, negotiating of salaries, discussing their career needs or simply providing advice. After graduating from university, Ayako worked for a foreign media company in managing international exhibitions for pharmaceuticals and medical devices. She then joined a foreign IT company, before eventually joining us at Real Staffing. Over here, she is responsible for recruiting technical and professional positions within the Medical Device industry, working to bridge the gap between industry specialists and companies. Shea specialises within commercial recruitment for Medical Devices, offering recruitment and talent support to Sales, Marketing, and Business Development professionals. Tomohiro specializes within Sales and Supply Chain recruitment for Medical Device manufacturers. After graduating from Waseda University, Tomohiro joined a construction machinery manufacturer – Komatsu Ltd. Over here, he gained experience in supply chain planning as well as international sales and marketing for the Middle East region. Ryan is currently responsible for Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance positions within the Medical Device industry and also handles Supply Chain roles for both Pharmaceutical and Medical Device companies. After graduating from university in the US, he joined a recruitment firm where he specialized in Supply Chain and Procurement positions with a focus on the healthcare industry. After two years in Supply Chain recruitment, he joined Real Lifesciences to put to use his knowledge of the healthcare industry and operations to use, this time for RAQA recruitment.

As a consultant specializing in medical device companies, Kozue is responsible for a wide range of marketing, business development, management strategy, and sales positions. Since she has worked in sales and marketing for both foreign and domestic medical device companies, she is able to use her experience and network to help candidates find the right company and position for their career vision and lifestyle. As a parent who is raising a child, she is able to provide long-term career advice and support to help you find the right job.
Yurie is mainly responsible for sales and marketing positions for medical device manufacturers. Having previously worked in a customer service role for a foreign airline, she is confident in her ability to understand client's needs. While studying at a business school in Canada for around a year, Masaaki decided to work globally in the future. After graduating from business school, he looked for a job with a focus on "health-related work" and "work that has opportunities to play on a global stage" and decided to join a major beverage company. After gaining experience in sales for 2 years, he joined Real Lifescience to use his knowledge and experience in sales as well as HR which he has been passionate about since he was a student.
Currently, he is mainly responsible for sales and marketing positions, looking forwards to being able to get involved more in the healthcare industry.
As a consultant for the medical device sector, he specialises in the commercial side of the business mainly in marketing and sales.
After graduating from university, he worked as a personal trainer for a wide range of age groups. He then moved to the United States to work as an office manager at the American University of California, where he counseled over 200 both international and local students per year.
After returning to Japan, he decided that he wanted to support seniors changing their careers and moved to his current position. He is confident that he will be able to provide the best advice to help your career development.
