With our years of experience within the recruitment industry, talent sourcing has always been a tough nut to crack in Singapore. Although talent don’t seem to be in a lack of supply in certain markets, this does not mean that an organisation will always get the right hire.

Talent sourcing can be costly with training and development investments involved. However, other costs such as time and effort spent with on-boarding and other intangible aspects can escalate the disadvantages that a wrong hire can bring to a company.
