Build good key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and negotiate and close business deals and for this purpose, extensive knowledge of current market conditions is required. The mission is to increase sales opportunities and thereby continuously grow business in the future to maximize performance of the business.

Global Healthcare Organizaton opperateing amongst major Pharma companies to assure the steamlining of commercial operations


  • Primary role is to prospect for new clients and build good communication with existing clients.
  • Must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business.
  • Develop a rapport with new clients, set goals, and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
  • Retain and grow existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
  • Work with internal management team, business development division, employment division, and other related divisions.
  • Strategic planning is the core mission of this position, since it is the position's responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company.
  • This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of competitors.
