A biomedical/biotechnology engineering firm and multinational manufacturer of medical devices used in interventional medical specialties, including interventional radiology, interventional cardiology, peripheral interventions, neuromodulation, neurovascular intervention, electrophysiology, cardiac surgery, vascular surgery, endoscopy, oncology, urology and gynecology.

  • Train the medical team (radiation therapists, urologists, physicists, nurses) in cooperation with the sales team.
  • Responsible for safely guiding the preparation and application of SpaceOAR in all the different environments in which the product is used.
  • Expand products within the target facility and support the sales process to new target customers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Educate customers on safe preparation and use of SpaceOAR.
  • Creates training materials and accessories tailored to local needs and revises as necessary.
  • Communicate the benefits of the product to all key team members of the facility.
  • Assess the skill level of physicians using SpaceOAR and improve their confidence and proficiency.
  • Ensure that all users are certified and understand how to prepare and place the product, and have them perform their own procedures without supervision.
  • In the treatment of prostate cancer with radiation therapy, cooperate with sales so that this product can be used on a daily basis.
  • Promotes relationships between all team members of facilities that use SpaceOAR.
  • Assist nurses and physicians in becoming proficient in the areas of product, procedure, anatomy, and troubleshooting of the use of SpaceOAR.
  • Works with the sales team to help them complete the sales cycle to target new customers and start mentoring new targets.


【Educational background】

  • 4-year university undergraduate degree is desirable
  • Those who have a nursing license or clinical support experience at a medical device manufacturer are also acceptable.


  • At least 3 years of experience in the medical field, including clinical trial experience, sales, nursing, physics, and other radiology or oncology-related experience (physician assistant, technical support, etc.).


  • Work experience in cooperation with doctors and nurses
  • Experience working in hospital operating rooms and outpatient services
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to direct and coordinate the actions of doctors and nurses
  • Manage people in high-pressure situations within the group
  • Ability to think for oneself and solve problems
  • Business English [Writing and Reading] is a plus.
  • Ideally, ultrasound diagnosis should be understandable or familiar
