Support the country team to drive commercial and business excellence areas by implementation and improvement of SFE, Bidding/Pricing, commercial training, market deep dive research and analytics, field force development and multichannel activities to increase top and bottom line results via optimized resource allocation and upgrading of customer engagement initiatives.

Global UK based Medical company that provide meaningful solutions for the benefit of patients, healthcare professionals and healthcare systems.


  • Drive continuous improvement of sales and bid process, pricing management, sales capabilities, sales incentives and tools and supporting systems;
  • Ensure effective communication of strategy, guidance and best practice and provide supportive deployment materials;
  • Deliver clear guidance of International SFE & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy to the region for in line brands. Interface with International in relation to CRM design, roll out and maintenance.

Sales Force Effectiveness:

  • Develop key capabilities in data management, interpretation and strategic implementation;
  • Establish job function of sales analytics to drive performance for the region;
  • Establish and maintain performance dashboards in commercial for the region.


  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and distributors to provide the pricing strategies;


  • Develop training modules to increase clinical, analytic, customer oriented and leadership competencies.



University degree in relevant business management, data analysis, project management, MBA is preferred.


English and Japanese: excellent spoken & written; Fluency in another language will be considered a plus.

Experience/Professional requirement

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in healthcare industry;
  • Minimum 3 years proven and relevant work experience as a Strategic business manager, or Sales manager, Business Development (BD) manager, or relevant role;
  • Minimum 1 year SFE/market research experience;
  • Experience in leading strategy planning to support the executives in healthcare industry
  • Sales experience is an advantage;
