Main Responsibilities

• Contribute to the business by building out and executing strategy for procurement of medical accessories looking at long term cost savings and quality
• Manage current suppliers as well as analyze and watch for changes in the market to identify appropriate timing for reconsidering or renegotiating with suppliers
• Create strong relationships both with vendors/suppliers as well as internal stakeholders to allow for smooth execution of procurement strategy

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of procurement and purchasing experience preferably within healthcare industry
• Business Level Japanese and English with the ability to participate in meetings, calls, and negotations as necessary.
• Experience managing and training procurement staff
• Overall strong communication and interpersonal skills
