Global Medical Device and Life Sciences company. This Division will be responsible for selling Diagnostics equipment and Solutions to Hospitals, Clinics and Research Labs

Main Duties / Responsibilities

  • Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop influencing relationships with stake holders across the business to ensure optimal B2B strategies are adopted

Skills & Competencies

  • Contribute to the regional long-range vision and strategy,
  • Strong interpersonal skills including ability to communicate complex ideas and use networks to acquire relevant information
  • Good written and verbal communications skills including presentations
  • Well-developed analytical skills including business economics, accounting and financial modeling
  • Ability to plan, organize, monitor and execute complex projects
  • Previous work experience in strategic lead role in a Medical Devices / Healthcare company coupled with deep exposure to marketing and business-related issues in the same industries

Qualifications / Personal Traits

  • Rich Experiences to lead big instrument sales (like MRI/CT/ immunofluorescent lab equipment, etc)
  • Strong knowledge or experiences about solution selling including how to consolidate the services team/application services, etc.
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics or related field of study or equivalent related work experience
  • 5+ years' experience in sales management
  • 7+ years' experience in direct or outside sales
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex situations
  • Ability to engage and influence at different levels of an organization - senior to tactical managers
