-Participate in S&OP meetings working closely with internal stakeholders to create an accurate demand forecast

-Establish and maintain an optimal supply plan balancing customer service, production capabilities, inventory levels and costs according to the budget

-initiate and participate in projects for process improvement and continuous improvement working with local, regional and global teams

-Responsible for timely order fulfillment assiting in the management of 3PLs as necessary

-Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns
