Title: Temporary Global Spend Transparency Analyst

Contract Length: 6 Month Contract

Location: Boston, MA

Pay Rate Range: $35 - $40/hour W2 based on years of experience

Functional Area: Global Spend Transparency

Position Responsibilities:

This position will be a key member of the Compliance Global Spend Transparency team. This individual will primarily serve as a data analyst to support all business areas in complying with global healthcare professional and organization (HCP/O) spend disclosure laws and regulations. In this capacity, the GST Analyst is a data quality analyst and business liaison for Global HCP/O data capture.

Day to day responsibilities: Wear a few different hats, helping with data review and reconciliation, working with data review and working with others to ensure they get the data accurate

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a Global Spend Transparency data analyst with responsibility for the following activities:

  • Detailed review and reconciliation of individual payments or transfers of value to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and healthcare organizations (HCOs) within deadlines set
  • Analysis and reconciliation across data sets to confirm data is complete, accurate, and consistent
  • Work with business areas to support the capture of HCP/O payments
  • Assist with the filing of HCP/O disclosure reports in accordance with applicable laws and codes, including US Open Payments, French Loi Bertrand Act, EFPIA Disclosure Codes and similar reporting requirements
  • Partner with colleagues within functional areas to support and address HCP/O data inquiries
  • Responsible for responding quickly to requests for data analysis and research from functional areas
  • Provide business with subject matter expertise on Global Spend Transparency requirements
  • Provide support in formatting and reviewing deliverables to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, XLS, Word)
  • Advanced data analytical skills using Microsoft Excel tools working with large data sets
  • Two years' work experience
  • Advanced data analytical skills using Microsoft Excel tools working with large data sets
  • Experience with working with Big data sets, ability to find nuances and reconcile
  • Data analysts for large internet companies, experience large audits
  • Familiarity with Global HCP/O Spend Transparency/Aggregate Spend reporting requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare compliance, including data analysis and reporting
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and demonstrated ability to partner effectively with others
  • Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Capable of working independently
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust workload as business needs require
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Fluency in additional languages preferred
