A medical device company has a need for 10-12 testing technicians for a 6 month project. These technicians will be providing 24/7 monitoring to their standard testing processes, equipment that will be performing testing on their devices. They are about to have a massive pipeline of their CGM (continuous glucose monitoring) devices and putting them all through their testing equipment and it will require 100% attention.
We are still working out the schedule of what this will look like, but it will likely be three 8 hour shifts 5 days a week, and three 8 hour shifts each weekend day. Two technicians are required to be working each shift. They will need these contractors until the point they can automate the system.
Contract Length: 6 months, potential to extend & always a potential to convert

These technician will be responsible for pushing the devices through the machine (putting a device in, taking it out, putting next device in) while the machine records data and analyzes results. This is not developmental work, as they already have the testing equipment in place.
o General testing experience required
o Electronics experience preferred
o Medical device experience not required (regulated industry - med device, military, aerospace, automotive preferred)
o High school diploma required, associated degree preferred
o 1 year of technician experience
o These people should NOT be engineers
A senior technicians will also be needed to work the graveyard shift with a more junior technician
o This person should have several years of testing experience as a technician
o This person's pay can be higher but they should still not be an engineer
They hope to bring these technicians on in the beginning of December. They may also be holding trainings next week, so we are ideally looking for people who are immediately available. Potential to hire off a phone screen!
