Role & Responsibilities
- Lead marketing efforts of designated products using marketing knowledge.
- Responsible for driving the business to ensure annual revenue and profitability forecast and targets are achieved.
- Develop and lead the implementation of new product launch activities
- Lead cross-functional team to ensure product launch readiness and product launch execution
- Conduct KOL visit for product marketability
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or 3 plus years of business experience in medical device / Pharma Company.
- A good understanding of product and market management, physician, and patient marketing is preferred
- Ability to effectively prioritize projects and activities.
- Verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; the ability to lead a cross-functional team.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of frequently used personal computer programs and applications, such as Microsoft Office.
