Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator
The primary responsibilities/duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Point of Contact for outside vendors who provide products or services relating to the facility
- Coordinates catered lunches, meetings, and other group activities.
- Basic accounting data entry tasks
- Greeting visitors and general reception tasks- (answering doors and main phone line, outgoing and incoming mail processing/sorting, etc.)
- Ordering of kitchen and office supplies
- General administrative duties as required
The company recently moved to a new facility and are looking for a hardworking and dependable person to join their team. This position will report to the General Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a brand new office environment supporting 25-30 employees of this medical device company.
There is opportunity for growth as well as extension of the the initial contract along with the possibility to transition into a permanent position with the company. The company plans to double in size in the next 1-2 years. This company is a subsidiary under Terumo, a Japanese based life sciences company well known globally in the industry.
