APAC Quality Manager

We are currently seeking a Regional Quality Assurance Manager to join a Global medical device company based in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will be responsible to:

  • Supervise the QA Specialist to manage all the Quality Assurance related matters
  • Complete day-to-day Quality Assurance tasks to ensure substantial ISO 13485
  • Manage complaint handling process for product complaints
  • Utilize CAPA system

As a requirement for the role, you must have:

  • BA or BS degree required, Diploma holder in Life Sciences or Bioengineering
  • More than 10 years Quality Assurance experience in a regulated medical device environment, specifically in managing customer complaint handling systems
  • Third party vendor management experiences
  • Experience in responsibility for compliance to FDA and/or ISO regulations
  • Previous work experience in life science products or medical device fields is preferred
  • Proficient in computer skills such as MS office programs
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin, and Japanese and Korean will be value-added.
  • Ability to travel
