One of our Clients working within the National Heath Service has a requirement for a Financial Controller on an Interim basis for a contract length of 3-6 months.
A Financial Controller is needed within the NHS organisation for additional support due to structural changes. They are requiring support with the following:
- Examining Financial Accounts
- Managing the Areas Accounts
- Account Reconciliations (Major part of the roll)
- Ensuring Year end is running smoothly
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Examining Cash flow and forecasting
Our client is looking for someone with experience as a Financial Controller within the National Health Service and wish for them to be a qualified accountant (ACCA,ACA,CIPFA etc)
Partly qualified accountants will also be considered under the condition that they have the relevant experience within any NHS organisation. However, due to regulations the day rate would be lower.
The working week will be Monday to Friday for 37.5 hours a week. However, there is flexibility in working from home when appropriate and a 4 day working week will also be considered if all 37.5 hours will be completed within those 4 days.
This contract is deemed inside inside IR35 for £217-£270 a day.
