Key activities include contributing in setting strategic direction for the global business, meeting revenue & profitability targets globally, building a high-performance marketing team and working cross-functionally to integrate marketing strategies with R&D, operations, clinical, reimbursement and sales.

Responsible for leading the Endoscopy Marketing team, developing marketing strategy that allows for rapid share gain during the product launch phase while developing strategies and tactics to grow this market.
- Drive execution of commercial marketing plan to obtain identified franchise revenue, profitability, and budget objectives.
- Partner with global marketing and cross-functional counterparts to plan and execute commercial strategies and programs
- Effectively lead team of marketing product managers to achieve excellent performance in marketing activities and product management.
- Coach teams to develop simple, differentiated concise messages and to create innovative downstream marketing solutions, programs and tools to create value and drive preference.
- In collaboration with Upstream Marketing, Marketing Strategy & Analysis, gathers customer and market insights to inform key decisions and marketing strategies.
- Work with colleagues in key functional areas, including R&D, sales, reimbursement, supply chain, clinical, med affairs, and regulatory to drive business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Engineering, Science, Healthcare/Biomedical)
- 5+ years of medical device marketing experience
- Experience planning and managing product launches
- People Management Experience
- Track record of success leading cross-functionally and with global partners to develop plans, strategies and tools to maximize sales potential
