Role: IT Support Technician (1st / 2nd Line Support)
Rate: £12-13 per hour
Duration: 6 Months
I am on the lookout for an IT Support Technician to join a large organisation based in Peterborough.
For this role you will be expected to provide high quality 1st and 2nd level IT support services, focus on serving as first point of contact via phone, e-Support and/or other media for support related IT requests to customers, with the key focus on achieving high standards in first contact resolution.
The area of responsibility covers technical 1st Level support services with the aim to recover any service-disruption. If resolution is not possible during first contact, the Helpdesk will relay requests to 2nd or 3rd Level Support, including all necessary diagnosis.
